If you think I have always loved exercising, that is 100% true. I was in Soccer, Swimming varsity and basketball, But honestly, i was not flexible and can not even touch my toes in standing or even long sitting, can’t even do a split and a wheel pose Flashback to middle school years, i hurt my back doing the bridge pose and wheel pose and i was afraid to continue due to stiffness on my spine. I share this with you so that you know we all start somewhere with health, flexibility and overall well-being.

Life can sometimes feel like it pushes us down. I have been there and continue to rise with Pilates and Yoga. I started Pilates after college and was working as a full time physical therapist in New York and New Jersey areas. I still go to the gym to workout but not realizing i was so stiff. I did my continuing education under the health professional group based in Maryland and got certified in Pilates after 4 thousand hours of training under the guidance of Therese McNerney is the founder of the Professional Health & Fitness Institute. She has been practicing orthopedic and manual physical therapy since graduating from The University of Texas in 1986.

I received by Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Therapy 2002 and hold a comprehensive Pilates Certification from Professional Health and Fitness under the guidance of a certified Pilates and Physical Therapist based in Maryland . I also hold a Health Coaching Certificate, Personal training and a 200-hour Yoga certification. I worked as a physical therapist in New Jersey for 12 years, California for 4 years and currently I am based in Texas for the past 4 years and still ongoing and I really love what I do, to make my patients feel better.

I am an extrovert , like a social butterfly and I workout because it makes my life so much easier and elevates my mood more and i am so passionate on sharing wellness, fitness and healing. My goal is create fun and effective Pilates, Yoga, HIIT and dynamic stretching workouts that, yes challenge you, but also uplift you! I found out pretty quickly it doesn’t mean much if you look great if you feel miserable. I also enjoy spending time outdoors with my family , hiking, biking, swimming , going to the beach and exploring the world.

My passion is to help other people step fully into their life through the work of health and wellness. I believe that making small sustainable changes are the way to go , i do intermittent fasting and to help my immunity and i love to share nutrition as well.. My purpose is to uplift people I work with and show them an approach to life that is fun, engaging, challenging, effortless and uplifting.
